Debbie has had a nearly 2-decade career in teaching, working across every key stage and holding a number of roles from acting second in the Art department to PSHE lead to now Facility Leader. In school, she works hard to ensure students are inspired and engaged learners and to promote creativity and imagination in conjunction with skills, resilience and self-belief. 

She is a firm believer that the arts are for everyone. They enrich you as a person, build your confidence and help you to view the world from a more considered perspective. As Facility Leader, she encourages individual thinking, considered observation, creative making and experimental expression.
